The zoom level of these time scales can be\u00a0<a title=\"Industry Planning \u2013 Customizable display modes\" href=\"https:\/\/www.directplanning.com\/en\/industry-planning\/industry-planning-features\/industry-planning-customizable-display-modes\/\">customized<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Mouse-scrolling and keyboard shortcuts<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To quickly move within the schedule, you would often scroll using the mouse wheel and the many keyboard shortcuts. Here are a few examples of keyboard shortcuts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to the current date<\/li>\n<li>Browse the jobs of current project: first, last, previous or next.<\/li>\n<li>Go to the selected job<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Global browsing<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Global browsing displays a <strong>miniature version of the schedule<\/strong>. Clicking in this window enables quick access to a given date.<\/p>\n<h3>Highlighting jobs<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Job highlighting is a very convenient feature of <strong>Direct Planning Project<\/strong>. It lets you visually highlight a set of jobs that meet a given criterion in the schedule. Jobs that don\u2019t meet this criterion are grayed out.<\/p>\n<p>A few examples:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jobs of the same customer<\/li>\n<li>Jobs of the same project (interlinked)<\/li>\n<li>Jobs with alert, delayed jobs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is then possible to very <strong>quickly browse among the highlighted jobs<\/strong>. Ideal for browsing the <strong>jobs of a project<\/strong> or rapidly scrolling through the <strong>delayed jobs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Filtering jobs<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the same spirit as the highlighting that grays out jobs not meeting a criterion, the \u201c<strong>Filter<\/strong>\u201d feature enables removing them from the current display.
