New, automatically imported jobs are temporarily stored in a &#8220;<strong>to be scheduled<\/strong>&#8221; room specific to each machine. This way, new jobs don&#8217;t perturb the current schedule; it&#8217;s up to you to schedule them where you decide to.<\/p>\n<h3>Keeping to the precedence constraints<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When the planning assistance is enabled, you are assured that the <strong>precedence constraints<\/strong>, set by the\u00a0<a title=\"Industry Planning \u2013 Production process\" href=\"https:\/\/www.directplanning.com\/en\/industry-planning\/industry-planning-features\/industry-planning-production-process\/\">links between the jobs<\/a>, are fully respected. In this mode, jobs will be automatically shifted to the left when a time slot is available.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Automatic right-adjusting \/ Adjusting at the latest (just-in-time)<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the left-adjusting mode doesn&#8217;t suit you, <strong>Direct Planning Industry<\/strong>\u00a0also offers the right-adjusting mode, or <strong>Adjusting at the latest<\/strong>.
